All damages or incorrectly shipped items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. TLM will offer a replacement item or issue a refund if no acceptable replacement can be made. TLM will issue a return label and instructions. Replacements/refunds will be made once the item has been received by TLM.
For all other reasons, returns must be initiated within 5 business days of receipt. Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to TLM and a refund will be issued when the item is received by TLM in its original condition.
Please note refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
